BEHIND THE LENS
My love of photography began way back in high school while I was studying 2 and 3 unit art for the HSC, a major component of which was the photographic process. After finishing high school a busy work schedule over the next few years meant that I had little time to further pursue photography and it wasn’t until 2001 when I bought my first digital camera that I was able to begin to develop my photographic skills, albeit at slow and inconsistent rate. In 2014 I purchased a Nikon D7100 DSLR and the excellent images that it produced reignited my passion for photography, particularly in the area of landscape photography. As result I began a journey of learning and discovery, which has seen me learning new photographic skills and techniques, expanding my experience in the different genres of photography and developing my photographic eye. It is my hope to continue this journey and one day become a professional photographer and open my own photography business.
